The LeAnn Rimes Saga

So, LeAnn Rimes has an affair, denies the affair, gets a divorce, then admits the affair, because she is living with the man. The man being Eddie Cibrian, as you well know.

Eddie admits to the affair and divorces his wife, whom he has two kids with. His career starts to tank and he is let go from the show, CSI:Miami. Coincidence?

LeAnn admits the affair and talks trash about her new man's ex-wife. She makes a lot of drama about the kids too. Now, LeAnn's new album has generated no interest, her record label has pushed back the release date and LeAnn has no music forthcoming. Coincidence?

I don't think so. It appears country music fans are still pretty traditional and don't like it when you mess around. Can LeAnn get her career back? Do you even care any more?

Leeann Rimes Cheating VIDEO Released!

Leeann Rimes' cheating video has been released by Us Magazine. Since Leeann and the man in question - Eddie Cibrian - both made non-denials yesterday, US Magazine decided to release more proof to their claim.

They have almost three minutes of the grainy pair in and out of the restaurant. Inside, they are holding hands and kissing. Outside, Leeann (if it's her) wait for the male and walk in the restaurant together. Supposedly the magazine has a receipt signed by Cibrian for the date and time to correspond to the video.

If that's true, and if the time they spent in a hotel can be proved, they both have some 'splaining to do! Both denials were pretty weak....so you knwo what's coming next! D-I-V-O-R-C-E. Both are married but Cibrian has two children, whereas Leeann has none.

What do you think - is it really Leeann?

Toby Keith is Raking in the Dough!!

Toby Keith is popular, sure, we know that. But you'll never guess just HOW popular the country crooner is.

The rankings for the highest paid singers was calculated, using earnings from June 1, 2007 until June 1, 2008 to place musicians. And Tobey Keith ranked THIRD in that list. This list isn't just country people, it's every musician.

The Police and Beyonce were #1 & #2. Toby was #3!!! He even beat out Madonna and Justin Timberlake, who came in at #4 & #5. How cool is that - a country star beat out Madonna in earnings for the year.

BTW, Toby pulled in a cool $48 million dollars. That's a bit of chump change to play with.

Craig Morgan Will Become Next Grand Ole Opry Member

Craig Morgan got a little bit more than he expected this weekend. While delivering a concert on Fort Bragg, his friend and fellow singer John Conlee made the surprise announcement. He asked what Craig had planned in late October and while looking curious, he replied, "I don't know."

Aaron Tippin "Drill Here, Drill Now"

This definitely crosses the line of politics and music, but Aaron Tippin is making a point in his newest song. The country crooner debuted his song on the political Show, Hannity & Combs. It is about the need to drill in the United States to relieve pressure on gas prices at the pump.
