Sugarland Speaks About Lawsuit

Sugarland has released a brief statement regarding the lawsuit by former member Kristen Hall. She filed a lawsuit for $1.5 million dollars, claiming they verbally agreed to pay her money for the songs she helped write. She dropped out from the group when she found out she didn't like touring.

An attorney for Sugarland says the suit is without merit and there were no papers filed to suggest this agreement exists.

Do you think they should pay her, since they obviously have a ton of money now?
